Just been informed by TT that my 18 month contract is up and they're increasing my sub to £30 +. Talked nicely to them. It's now down to £18, 95 P.M. DOWN £9!!!
BTW never had any trouble with them.

I have similar as coming to end of fixed price period. I was offered to 'renew ' for 18 months @ £27.50, but Now Broadband is £20 a month with £70 cashback on tcb. Told all this to Talktalk retention agent on their chat and offered me £24.50 for 24 months. So long Talktalk.0
