Do you really think that their couple of punts in court were for a piddling little claim like yours?0 -
Hello again. I've had the usual letters, emails and now threats from some legal company to take me to court. CCJ's unless I pay £240.
Is it a case of paying up?
Thanks.0 -

Which legal company? Was it a proper LOC/LBC/LBA/LBCCC giving you 30 days to pay or respond and including financial forms (which you NEVER fill in) or was it, as Waamo above suspects, just a letter from a debt collector? When you get a LOC go to NEWBIES section post # 2.Vespatarian wrote: »some legal company to take me to court.0 -
