    You can either pay up which we don't recommend or wait and see what they do.

    You will be bombarded with debt collectors letters. You can ignore these. If you get a Letter before Claim then come back for advice.

    I would appeal anyway, even though the keeper is over the made up unregulated appeal window.

    If/when they reject it, you go into ignore mode unless you get a LBC/MCOL.

    Of course you don't pay, Why would anyone pay a scam?

    What happened when you complained to the landowner?
    What did your MP say when you complained.
