£106.58 on or before 4pm on 9th November 2020.
If I am just recieving this now, have they been told to pay in a more timely fashion by the court?3 -
If you mean the cheque has just arrived, they have dragged their feet, that's all! Take a photo and frame it, then bank the actual cheque.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No, not the cheque (I wish!).
The 'General Form of Judgement or Order' has just arrived. Where it states the date that should of paid by, that has elapsed.
Was questioning whether the courts informed them sooner about having to pay.1 -

Hey folks,
Look like a line can be drawn under this finally.
Sent an email threatening bailiffs on failure to send payment last wednesday (11/11), and got a cheque through this morning (16/11).
Looks like they were quite happy to not bother, as the cheque is dated the 12/11/2020, and the order clearly states that payment be made before 9/11/20.
Ohh well, happy days.
Thanks again everyone.5 -
Well done
It seems that with these sc#mmers you have to fight fire with fire , dragging you down to their level with threats of court or bailiffs etc !!
The Umkomaas comment followed by fruitcake is priceless !!! Made my day 😁😁😜👍3
