No, because if you knew anything about electricity you would know that single phase DBs are always sold by ways and not how many modules. Therefore if you see 16 you would assume 16-way. That's why Electricians shop at wholesalers and not DIY chains.
Personally, I wouldn't assume anything, I would read the adverts to see exactly what they stated.

The only person to assume anything (and get it wrong) was you Risteard:16-Module 10-WayFar more to do with the fact that one is a 16-way single phase DB and the other is only a 10-way.
It's also one of many reasons why someone who is incompetent at electrics should not be choosing or purchasing the materials. Leave it to the Electrician.
If you didn't come across as being so arrogant towards others when discussing electrics and electricians, I wouldn't have felt the need to point out your error.0 -
Wholesalers sell them by number of ways. What toy shops describe them as is immaterial.0
