Rightmove - Commercial Properties - are they different in any way?

Hi all
I am looking to buy a rural house, something with a bit of land... Most of what I have seen and liked on Rightmove is saved normally under the "For Sale" tab in my account. However, the occasional house gets saved under the "Commercial For Sale" tab instead.
Does RM do this purely for organisational purposes? Or are those saved as Commercial different, and if so in what ways?
Many thanks

Thanks - shows how much I know about farming! (Being the first generation in the family not to own or run a farm).0 -
So you are looking for a house with land.
