I sent my SAR to UKPPO yesterday. Karen has just got back to me asking for proof of identification - do I need to send that?
What exactly have they asked for? Bear in mind that you don't need to send 15 (exaggeration) different forms of identification ... a scan of your passport or photo-card driving licence should be sufficient. (Some unscrupulous companies try that route to avoid having to service the SAR).0 -
Hi,
She has just asked for utility bill/passport etc. I will scan my driving licence. Thanks.0 -
A copy of your V5c should be sufficient.0

I agree with Waamo.
Sending them photo ID is asking for trouble.0 -
Hi guys, I got a ticket for parking at ncl airport, I have had my appeal rejected, I appealed because the offence happened on the 27th of dec and they didn’t issue the fine until the 14th of jan and I though they only had 14 days to issue a fine, where should I go from here I’m thinking about appealing to the Independent Appeals Service.0

Hi Again all, I have received another Letter of Claim today, is that normal? It gives me 30 days to respond. I already requested and received the SAR the last time. Do I just send the same response as last time?0

As per the NEWBIES thread 2nd post, this is normal and you should have been expecting it. Personally I would respond and deny liability and tell them you will defend any claim. Looks better to a Judge later, than ignoring a LBC.
You already know NOT to use the reply forms of course, if you've read the 2nd post of the NEWBIES FAQS sticky thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi,
I checked the Newbies thread and couldn't see where it said I may receive more than one, so apologies. I will reply, but will be contesting on jurisdiction, so will let them know. Thanks again for your help and I'm sure I will be back once I receive the Court letter.
