Ryanair car parking

I booked car parking at East Midlands airport, which is run by Manchester airport group, through the Ryanair website. Ryanair made a complete mess of it, there was nowhere to input the time of return and the times on the confirmation were wrong. I tried to amend this through the airport website but it would have cost me £20, so I cancelled at a cost of £7.50. I cancelled within the hour, but Ryanair still debited my card. That was over one month ago, and I am still waiting for the refund, The airport parking group say it is Ryanairs resposibility and Ryanair says it is the airport parking group, who do I complain to first?

Ryanair took my money. I cancelled on the parking groups website and the parking group sent me the cancellation confirmation0

According to the Ryanair website, all cancellations and refunds are handled by the provider, in your case Manchester Airport Group. If you get nowhere with them then perhaps talk to your cardprovider about disputing the charge.0

Thank you. I sent an email to manchester airport group, which I found on the Ryanair website and it does not accept incoming mail (well done Ryanair) the telephone number provided for manchester airport group is just a very long message stating quite clearly they will not deal with any queries regarding bookings not made directly with them. I am being fobbed off by both parties. I suppose, legally, my contract is with Ryanair, but I feel I am banging my head against a brick wall.0
