EE Contract - Leaving it??

[FONT=&quot]Can I leave a two year EE phone contract, without paying a cancelation fee, an employee signed the company to this contract without discussion with me, we have been in the contract for a year but the phones have no signal in our area.[/FONT]

    Is this a business contract .
    If so it depends upon the terms and conditions in your contract .
    12 months usage but now want get out as no signal . Presumes their was a signal in the last twelve months .


    You need to contact the provider and discuss your options with them .

    Did your employee have authority to buy services and products on behalf of the company? If not you could consider taking legal advice at recovering the costs from the employee if they were acting outside their authority at the place of employment.

    IANAL but I (think I might be right, but maybe not) seem to remember there is a principle of acceptance of contract if you were aware it had been done and allowed it to run for a year paying the bills.

    I don't think so because you have been using the phones for a year if it was that bad you would have contacted EE a lot sooner especially being a business.
