Simba mattress warranty issue

Can we safely assume you simply rotated the mattress from head to toe rather than flip the mattress over? Have you tried rotating it back.

There may be many reasons you're now getting a restless sleep, many of which are nothing to do with a faulty mattress. The weather for one recently hasn't been that conducive to a nice relaxing sleep. At the end of the day you need to speak to JL about this and they should take steps to see whether a fault exists or not but don't be surprised f they come back and say the mattress is fine.

You can't flip a Simba mattress, only rotate it due to the design. I rotate mine every couple of weeks, i love it. Although i haven't slept properly for the last 6 months due to my knee replacement ! When i do sleep, it's bliss. I've had my Simba for 15 months.

Hence why I was making the point.
