Having said that I have just taken a loss on my Spanish flat of over £K100.
    Ouch!

Just to double check they can only pursue the driver and not keeper under the airport bylaws?
This GDPR could be the death of them, they failed to send me the information I requested and instead referred me to their data controller...
The request from the DVLA came back too, will have a busy week mailing complaints

Or the owner, but the DVLA doesn't hold that information and you won't be telling anyone.

You should however go back and look at your original post and edit out information about who did what. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper.

Check your other posts as well, plus any posts where yours have been quoted.

    Too much?
Your correspondence citing the application and subsequent release of my data to Vehicle Control Services Ltd is most alarming and distressing and could be just the tip of the iceberg in a massive breach of GDPR affecting multiple people multiple times.
    1) The vehicle never entered a private car park on the date of event, the company's documentation to me (because of this disclosure) is in pursuit of a no stopping event.
    2) The event according to the company's documentation took place on 'non-relevant land', keeper liability only applies to relevant land, where parking is covered by statutory control keeper liability under The Protection Of Freedoms Act is not applicable.
In summary, point 1 they have used a false enquiring reason in order to access my data, point 2 every event in which this company seeks keeper information upon this 'non-relevant land's is a breach of GDPR.
In order to uncover the extent of the breach you will have to contact every person whose data you have disclosed to this company and others like it in order to find out whether the reasoning is valid and whether the company has misused its authority to enforce penalties upon non-relevant land.
I have already complained to the ICO and will further be informing my local MP and the numerous support groups who are fighting these malicious companies.
  • It doesn't seem I can put a picture on here. But I notice the signs (which cannot be read properly unless you stop), are also placed before and after the pedestrian crossing lights! So take your pick, stop and break the rule, or go through a red light - potentially running someone over!

You are in the wrong place, jumping on someone else's thread, now ver 3 months old, with no background, context or detail

Please read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1, then start a new thread of your own if you need further help.
