Incorrectly displaying ticket, parking charge notice

Hi guys, Amy advice would be apresiated. I recently got a parking charge notice. Via notice to keeper letter for an incorrectly displayed ticket. (It must have fliped over when I shut the door by the wind)
I received this letter 13 days after they said it happened but because they didn’t put any notice on the car this is the first I have heard about it and so I haven’t got the ticket To prove I had paid. You can see the ticket on the photo they have sent but it is upside down. Any advice would be apresiated?

In there you will find a blue template appeal,
Sent it as it is - no need for any changes or additions.

At the same time complain to the landowner.

Do I need to add anything about the fact that I had a ticket but since I didn’t have a window PCN but one 13 days later in the post I was unaware and unable to keep it as proof??
In the letter titled Notice to keeper they have included two photos of the car showing the ticket upside down. Do I still request the photos as the letter says?
Also clarifying even tho the NTK letter is addressed to me. With my address do I still sign it as my name and put the address??

You are requesting all of the photos.
How do you know whether or not you have all of the photos?

Hey! Just wanted to say thanks for all your advice, they closed the ticket with that email template I sent! Can’t beleive how simple it was!!

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.

Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct

Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.

The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.
