Vodafone Mis-sold
I am 3 months into my SIM only deal with Vodafone having always paid for handsets for the last 5 years+
Decided to contact them to upgrade my handset. I really wanted to + version but was told they had no offers on these but to get the standard handset as there is "no difference between them only the size". Agreed and went for it then found out hardware is different, camera is different, battery is different etc so have cancelled the upgrade. I was told the best offer on the + handset they could do was £46 per month for 4gb however Carphone Warehouse have a tarrif on Vodafone for £41 a month for 16gb?!!
Feel completely mis-sold by Vodafone and now my current tarrif is screwed until the get the handset back and my Spotfy account is suspended until they have reset my account! What can I do?

It's not mis-sold.
Third-party sellers will have their own specific tariffs and deals.
Maybe you should have shopped around first before making the decision?0 -
They don't have to cancel the upgrade. In fact, I'd be surprised if they have. Caveat emptor and getting something cheaper elsewhere after the event counts for nowt.0
