I am aware not to name the driver from when i had one before, but as yes i was parked there and was entitled to do so as i was a customer so there must have been an issue with the system. so do i just tell them this and get them to clarify from the restaurant or do i have to go through the appeals? denying it was me and and im not willing nor do i have to tell them who the driver was
Although you want to plough your own furrow the advice to you may not fall on deaf ears of any other newbies reading this thread.

(But if you are "aware" of the importance, why do you want to risk it - you been advised the ppcs monitor this forum - and now no need for them to wait and see if you tell them!)

neither PP or DRP will care about any back story at this time

the time for anyone to appeal it is long gone

only a fool or somebody with good legal knowledge or advice would try to appeal or defend this as a driver, not unless the PPC compliaed with POFA2012

if it gets to a court case then the decision needs to be made as to fight as keeper , or fight as driver

never assume these lagal matters are clear cut, or that a judge will find in your favour

we may agree that honesty should gain the correct result (a win for the motorist) - but reality is that the same motorist ay lose on a technicality

PP have 6 years to take this to court

DRP are powerless and should be completely and utterly ignored

How do i know if they complied with POFA2012? and how has the appeal time up as this is the first correspondence received regarding this issue??
