Is there a template to dispute a ticket from 'Park Solve' Civil Enforcement LTD. I have read through the newbies thread and can't find one..?

It's not puncuation its because i inserted an emoji and doesn't recognise it:rotfl:

I sent an e-mail to PALS but they said
'As you have already been issued with a parking notice, you will initially have to appeal directly to the company.! Should you need further assistance once you have a reply from them please do not hesitate to get in touch with us again'

Can i appeal even though i explained why i didn't have a ticket on display, could i appeal on the grounds that they don't provide an alternative to just cash??

contact PALS again and remind them of the guidelines issued by JEREMY HUNT some 3 years ago

as for the parking company, I already told you to use the template appeal verbatim (no changes) , appealing as KEEPER

I have the 'one size fits all' template which i was going to use :j
I was just confused when it talks about the signage because there wasn't a ticket on my car...and i have no photographic evidence (i was so annoyed and needed to rush to my appointment) i just screwed it up and went!

Signage is nothing to do with anything on the car. It's about any signs on walls, lamp posts etc

If there wasn't something on the screen, what did yiu screw up and throw away?

You're also told not to identify the driver. You need to edit your post so the actions the driver takes are THE DRIVER did...
