Assuming that's the app, try the app troubleshooter.

She needs to check that all her email accounts have come through OK post-update. I have 2 accounts, hotmail and a live.com account, when I ran the update yesterday the live.com account disappeared. from view.

    looks at my Win10 install...
    it's way past that update.
I'm running the latest beta build, never had any issues like that!

But I do have to put up with a new beta being installed every 7 - 14 days (when i have it on that is...)

Is it this update? Mine gets stuck with a black screen/rotating blue circle before login, failed 3 times now. I don't run any other antivirus except win defender.

Funny, I had a laptop force the Win10 update because it said it could not apply security settings without them.

Then I was trying to fix a fault on a media server (with no luck) and it bloody kicked off the update.

Took 2 days to complete and it fixed the problem with the media centre!!

So glad I stick with Win7 for most of my machines.
