Mortgage for part time earning and Carer allowance

Options
I was wondering if there is any help or mortgage available for the people who works part time and also receive the carer allowance.

I can arrange the deposit but only problem is to satisfy the banks etc for earnings. I have 3 kids and receive tax credit though if that counts towards income.

Tired of living in someone else house want to have my own.

Please advice

Carer's Allowance, Child Benefit, Working/Child Tax Credits, DLA, PIP, Maintenance are all taken into account by at least one and probably more lenders.

Go and see an independent mortgage advisor. They will take all this into account and tell you if there are lenders out there who will offer a mortgage in your situation. I was in a similar position as my work is almost exclusively short-term contracts. Our advisor found us a good lender who was willing to accept 10 years worth of continuous short term contracts.

All of my income is made up of child benefit, tax credit, dla for my son and carers, I spent ages searching for lenders that would accept them all. Nationwide and RBS accept all of your income and would be a good place to start

    I went with nationwide too
Although I work full time I needed the tax credits to be taken into account as i am a single earner/parent
