Well changed the dollars and took all the change that was lying around the house and cars to the bank. It all came to £82.56 so a really good start to the month. I just wish I could do that everyday, now that would be amazing.
enthusiasticsaver - I am going to make that £300 and pay it off that card as I am not paying interest. This is the new organised and motivated me, and your advice has help me become that person so thank you. A month ago I would not have took them dollars that were in a draw and get them changed and I would not have took all the change to the bank. But £82.56 is a great figure to pay off CC4 and makes reaching £300 more achievable.
Starmummy - Thank you for dropping by and reading all my waffle. I am motivated and I think I have got that way because of writing this diary. I am going to try and sort another load of stuff out tomorrow and go the boot sale again on Sunday. I just hope the weather is good.
Scott-Weiland - Discount food shopping really is the way to go. You can save a fortune if you are organised. I do three bootcamp classes a week, a yoga class and try and do some running in between and the odd weight lifting session. What do you do?
Right I am off to clean, sort out and tidy some of the rooms in my house. My moto is if nobody uses it, it may as well be sold.
Take care

I train at a gym that basically has every gizmo you would see on worlds strongest man ie atlas stones/metal logs/stones that you can pick up and walk with/yokes/prowlers/farmers walk handles/harnesses and ropes for pulling sleds/ and various sized tyres and hammers to hit them with/dumbells benchs bars etc
I am training for a truck pulling comp in August so my training revolves alot around at the minute practicing for the three events ie arm over arm rope pull, pulling a truck with a harness on, the pushing a truck. I had a play with my other halfs Ford Kuga car two weeks ago which was painful, but mainly i have being pulling sleds and pushing and pulling prowlers which are the devils weight lifting equipment.
I train 4-5 times a week and do yoga most days to stay well supple in my old age.0 -
Hi Scott-Weiland,
That is amazing. If you don't mind me asking how old are you? My training is nothing at all like yours. We do use tyres and prowlers in the bootcamp classes along with weights and a variety different exercises. I like it because it is different each time you go.
I cannot believe you pull trucks, that sounds crazy. You really must have to train so hard for that. I was watching the USA biggest looser and they had them in teams pulling planes. Some of the teams could do it as they seems to have a better technique that others.

Good morning everybody,
I hope everybody is ok this morning and enjoying the amazing weather we are having.
Another sale on ebay last night. After fees and postage another £5.70 so that brings my balance up to £116.69 / £300 so nearly half way there for this month.
Food going great. This week I am going to sort out the tin cupboard and see what is lurking in the depth of that as I used to buy them every week and just put them into the cupboard. So mission for this week is to sort the tin cupboard out and use instead of buying. Before starting this diary I really would not have done this, so doing this is changing my behaviour which is great.
I have been trying not to spend any money on entertainment, so have been taking the dogs on long walks, visiting friends and family to fill that gap. I really have had a good time and not missed the expensive outings. Yesterday I booked a mini spa day for one day and afternoon tea for another day. I was given vouchers for both of them for my birthday. This means entertainment for June sorted and I have not spent a penny. Life is good.
Also I did an hours overtime yesterday and have been put down for another one this Friday. It will all add up.

Glad I come in useful. I think it is so easy to get these vouchers, put them into a draw and don't use them.
How may of us have done that in the past, I know I have.

Just stopped for a quick coffee. I really do have some junk in this house, but that is going to change.
enthusiasticsaver - Thank you for dropping by and sending me luck with ebay. Once I get started I really do not mind doing it. Especially when your phone pings with that sound of a sale.
allthe7s - Thanks for dropping in. That payment is amazing, and it does feel good when you pay more than the minimum payment. We can do it and lets hope there is more overpayments this month for both of us.
lindez - Thank you for dropping in and reading all my waffle. I am made up I have not used any of the cards for a full month now. If you are going to pay the shed money next month that is not much of a problem. The problems start when you dont think about spending the money on a credit card and then paying it back never crosses your mind. That is when there is a problem, so I would not beat yourself up about it. Decluttering is going great. I just keep asking myself the question Why did I not start this before now, but that is life.
I have two birthdays next week that I always buy presents for. I usually spend £20 - £25 each. However, not this year. This morning I have gone and found two gift bags ( used ones ) and two cards that I had already in the house. For some reason everybody buys my wine and candles and I have cupboards full of them all still in boxes. So I have put a nice bottle of wine in each gift bag with a Yankee candle out of the cupboard. At first I felt quite bad about it but then thought about the £50 I had saved and thought go for it girl, needs must. I just made sure the people that gave me the candles were not the same people I was gifting them too.
I feel bad saying this but two birds one stone comes to mind, decluttering and saving cash at the same time!
Has anybody else done this to save some cash?
Right coffee break over back to the decluttering and ebaying. Life it so good:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Take care
I am so happy for you with your de-cluttering and ebay sales. Well don on the recycling of presents £50.00 is £50.00 less that you have to find xxMFWB#2

Good morning Everybody,
Another amazing day and the sun is shining.
lindez - Thank you for coming to visit me. Recycling the presents was a hard decision to make as I have never done that before. However, I am going to carry on and do this with the birthday that will be coming up in July. Needs must. In months gone by I would have gone and purchased something on a credit card and not thought about it. Not anymore that is the one me and the new me is saying NO. You seem to have your credit cards under control which is a great situation to be in. Just get that shed paid off before you starting getting charged interest. I think reading your comments your mind set has changed towards spending on credit cards which is amazing.
Well, not much to report today.
Tea and lunches sorted for today. I had another sale on ebay last night and after fees and post another £7.43 bring my total up to £124.11 / 300. It is the 6th of the month so I know I will achieve this, which is great.
Must dash as I have a really busy day today.

Haha yeah i am 38 but i feel at the minute about 90 as i have hurt my leg. Normally i feel about 25 lol
Truck pulling anyone can do it, I was watching at the weekend a Guy Martin thing Speed I think and he pulled a big Scania truck. Guy Martin is probably 60-65kg wet lol, I am slowly building up what I am doing in the gym. Every training session I am alternating between pushing prowlers, pulling arm over arm a weighted prowler, or pulling a prowler with a harness on. I did on Monday arm over arm a prowler puller with 175 kg on and my girlfriends kids, and girlfriend lol I will pm you my Instagram gumph if you want to see what we do??0 -
Good afternoon,
enthusiasticsaver - Thank you for dropping by. I cannot believe I am at this point and it is only the 6th June. I really want to do another car boot sale this weekend if I have enough time to get more stuff together. If I could manage it that would be great for my extra income total.
Scott-Weiland - What you are doing sound amazing. Please pm I would love to see that. I went to bootcamp last night. It was a really tough session and the heat did not help. I really would love to see some photos of what you do as it just fascinate me.
I have just had a look at ebay and I have had another two sales today, not worked out the profit jet, but life is good.
