Don't want or need data

My phone does not use data but I still have to pay for a contract that includes it, is there anyone out there that offers a contract without it.

Don't think so but just use just use https://www.broadbandchoices.co.uk/mobile/phone-deals/sim-only and select 'no data' and however many minutes you need (texts usually aren't an issue)to get the best deals.

Obviously dependant on whether the OP phones or texts a lot, there's a few £5 sims out there that gives you a chunk of minutes and texts that could prove much more cost effective.

Smarty: You pay for a data allowance but you get a refund off your next month's bill for unused data at the same rate as you pay for extra data - £1.25 per GB - and unlimited calls and texts. For example the small plan with 2GB data allowance is £7.50p per month and if you don't use the data allowance at all you would get £2.50p discount off your next bill: So that's unlimited calls and texts for a fiver per month. A pretty good deal. I have it and I have no complaints.
