CPW Chequeback address

Does anyone know which address to use for CPW chequebacka for phones bought on the internet?

I looked at their site and as usual with these things there is conflict. When you click here:

it says send claims to Southampton. Yet when you select any of the offers under the appropriate month it says send to Dunstable?

nothing seems to happen.

If I click on July 2007 it takes forwever for the page to load with the option on for that month and then when it has loaded it seems to slow my oc down. Anyone else got the same conditions?
