    • £2 spent on a coffee in between meetings today, 5/20 NSD
    • Didn't spend on the SBCC
    • Coffee would probably count as an unnecessary spend
    • Stuck to my CWP 100% for the day which will contribute to my 14lbs loss this month
    • Surveys are ticking over, £10/£75

Been a busy morning so it has, just back from 2 meetings and had a wee 1/2 hour in between so went for a Costa coffee.

Plan for the rest of the day is to get as much work done between now and 6.30pm then home for some Greys Anatomy then an early night.

My tattoo is tomorrow at 2pm so want to get a good night sleep tonight then head into Glasgow at about 12:15pm so I am here in plenty of time.

I like your bullet point diary, I'm planning to do the same.

14lbs loss in one month, wow that's impressive. Is CWP worth it then?

  • litepay - For me I would say it is defo worth it, it works out at £47.50 for the week but that is all meals, when I am not on the plan I could spend way more than that on food for the week especially when I am at work. Also the plan works so well for me, I'm well on the way to be losing the 14lbs this month.

beanielou - Thank you. I think it is so much easier than any other plan I have tried, I need that total restriction.
