I will update my address with DRP so the letters come to my address and just wait it out then...
Some messages saved and some deleted. Very frustrating!
If this turns into a court summons one shall I write back on here?
Thanks
There you go, a stupid pimped out Gladstones letterhead
asking you to pay an even more stupid company .. DRP
NO NO NO ..... you DO NOT even start talking to DRP,
they are pond life timewasters WHO YOU IGNORE.
You advise Corporate parking services AS KEEPER of the
new address .... that's all. Request confirmation
DRP CANNOT DO ANYTHING treat them as morons.
If the PPC wants to continue, even though they are
stupid enough to involve Gladstones, whatever they do,
they must comply with the current law and that means
they must provide you with a "letter before action"
with proof of their claim and give you 30 days to respond
If that happens, come back here0 -
I've just typed the Gladstones solicitors DRP letter into google images and I have definitely been sent the generic letter others have received.
I will contact DRP tomorrow. Do I do this via email or letter? Shall i request confirmation of receipt and anything else to keep them busy with? In the process of moving house I have lost a lot of the first DRP letters.
Thanks0 -
Did you read my earlier post - post #11?
Post #4 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread sends a clear message:Do not contact a debt collector.
You write to the PPC with your new address and tell them to advise their subcontractor of the change.0 -
Why on earth would you do that? Have you stopped to read all the links in post #4 of the NEWBIES thread at the top of this forum?I will contact DRP tomorrow
IGNORE DEBT COLLECTORS. NO NEW THREADS ABOUT DEBT COLLECTORS!
The only reason to contact a PPC at debt collector stage, is to tell them about a new address, as you would any PPC that you are ignoring if appeal is missed/lost/too late and not an option now.
No need to contact DRP.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
