Dialaphone generally use singlepoint for handling your billing (which I believe is all owned by voda anyway now). You would have to email your billing company and ask them but as far as i'm aware they don't allow 0800, 084x, 087x numbers as they're chargable. I know o2 allow (on my contract anyhow) calls to 084x and 087x.

If you want to use Call18866 with your mobile then use the geographical number 020 7001 9797. Be aware though that they may be aware that number is used as a calling card and therefore be exempt from the inclusive minutes, or if they're not aware yet may at any time start charging for calling the 0207.. number once they realise this.

Would be best to make a test call via 0207... and wait until you bill arrives (or view it online if you can after few days) to ensure that the 18866's geographical 0207 access number is included in your minutes.
