Hi!
I'm doing a credit check on myself and have 0 personal income (im a student). But the form insists I enter an amount between 1000 and 10,000,000 for my personal income. It keeps failing to prove my identity and I'm wondering if this is the issue.
Any help?

Put £1000 in, put £1 million in, it makes no difference what you put in.
Sign up to Noddle and Clearscore as well. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Did you enter £1,000? I have a post from MSE saying that this is fine. However, this would not be the reason for you failing the ID check.
I will find the MSE post and insert a link shortly.

You already have Noddle for Callcredit data and you can get Equifax data from Clearscore.
That leaves Experian which is only available free from the MSE credit club. If you persevere you should be able to get identity verified eventually. There should be procedures for this detailed on the credit club pages.0
