Constructive dismissal?

Hi, Our company is moving our team of 4 from Leeds to Manchester office. None of us are able to commute due to family commitments/costs etc. Can this be classed as constructive dismissal? They are not moving the whole office, only a small team.

Have you looked up the definition of a "TEST CASE" ?
"a case that sets a precedent for other cases involving the same question of law."
