Going to set a budget of £350 for this month but hope to be nearer £300
I sorted out the freezers today and I'm going to do a flexible meal plan week by week. I'm also planning on making a couple of the recipes listed at the start of the grocery challenge, so that we have something different as we often tend to eat the same meals, so hoping for a good monthThere is something delicious about writing the first words of a story. Haven't done one of these in a very long time. But now I'm in a position where I have nothing specific to save for, and plenty of things I would like to spend money on turning my house into a proper home but without the money to do all of them. As a result of the limbo, bad habits are starting to creep in which are slowing down squirreling away the money needed to ensure I'm entirely happy with the house and can turn my attention to the mortgage.
I'll start off with £200 for this month and see how it goes, but I'm confident my longer term goal will be significantly lower.0
