    That is not all that you'll receive on UC. As previously stated you will receive the standard allowance of £317.82 plus LCWRA (support group equivalent of £328.28 plus child elements and housing elements. Paid monthly. As stated, if you receive SDP with your ESA then you will lose this amount. See here.

    UC for a single person in the LCWRA group will be around £147pw (paid monthly).
    Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.

    If you had stayed on ESA and simply claimed child benefit you would have been financially better off with no hassle.

    And possibly in the future when UC asked you to move from ESA to UC you might then have got an extra amount added for your child?

    I had to change to claim new housing benifit too as I've moved and UC is fully active where I live

    Have you had your appointment yet? Make sure you tell them you are in the support group. While they will look into the ESA - it could take time. Tell them from the start and take the documentation with you if you can.
