Oh it's the same old pattern.....

• Poster asks for advice,
• Gets given advice,
• Advice is not what poster wants to hear,
• Poster gets stroppy because advice is not that they are entitled to millions of pounds in compo.

It's clear the OP doesn't want a refund, but for some reason refuses to say what they do want! Very difficult for the ticket seller to resolve to the OPs satisfaction if the OP was as obstructive to them as they were to posters asking questions here.

Yes I would, id either take the refund and get tickets for another venue, maybe even speak to them if a discount coukd be done.
