So you would not expect something other than being offered a refund? Do you think it's ok and that they keep doing it to other people? It's not right whatever you say
I agree it's not right, but you still haven't said what you want them to do to resolve it! What is the 'something other' you want them to do?

So would I. I'd take that refund like a shot.

Still no answer then. I'll try one more time.

What do you want them to do that will satisfy you?

If you know what you want as a resolution, you can try and ask for it. A discount on the price? Some complimentary drinks? An on-stage invitation - can you play drums?

Seriously, there's little point in ranting and raving at people on a forum. If it's annoyed you that much, get a full refund or at least ask for something in exchange for what you presumably believe to be a slightly poorer seating position. They can't reverse their mistake so it's up to you to decide what you'll ask for and what you'll accept.

Well, they've offered to put it right by refunding.

Not sure why you started this thread.

You have been asked what you want them to do

I asked are the seats on the same row, closer or further back.

You dont seem to want to answer any questions.

Yes there have been many tongue in cheek suggestions.

I assume you bought the cheapest seats as they are so far away, is there any of those price seats left that you could move to, if not other than a refund I really don’t see that you have another option

Don't be silly. Either you want to go in which case accept the tickets, or you don't want to go accept the refund.

In truth, you want the refund and the best seats in the house - it's not going to happen.
