Did anyone else get the 2 x £5's credited to their account this morning?

Previous months it has been credited on or about the 20th.
  • Yes, I did too.

I got just one (so far) on each of our qualifying acs. I assume it's the DD reward as we only get the card reward on one account... and that is showing just the 1 reward without saying what it's for.

Same here, I am assuming that it is the final payment so they can get it over and done with haha. No point trying to phone so will maybe ask in branch when I close my TSB account.

I think there should be one more payment.

Why don't you switch your account online? There are still a few accounts paying you to switch and you will not have to go into the branch.

It's nice to know that some of you are having your rewards early, I switched my account in march and haven't had any rewards yet, in fact I still haven't had my £75 for switching yet either.

seems like final payments will be recieved by july for this month. and then i will be shutting down. any others that dont require you to switch and dont mind being the sole current account, like this one was? quite enjoyed the free road tax this year lol

Completely misread and didn't realise there is one more payment - thank you!

Sadly I have used up all available offers except RBS. But I took advantage of the Natwest offer earlier in the year which excludes me. I will be keeping the TSB account until the final payment and then decide whether the 5% interest on £1500 is worthwhile enough :money:
  • I've now met this month's requirements for £5 plus £5 (2 DDs paid out plus 20 debit card transactions) on my TSB Classic Plus. This should result in payment of £10 in July.

I am planning to keep the account going for the 5% interest (hoping that I won't regret this, but hey-ho)

My account was opened in May 2017, so is one of those where the DD/debit card cashback is stated to end on 30 June.

I would prefer to move the two direct debits elsewhere and to revert to using my Santander debit card as my "main" payment card (to avoid the need to keep topping the TSB account up to £1500).

My question is: are others going to keep going with the two DDs and 20 card transactions on their TSB account in July, just in case the cashback has been extended beyond the end of June to make up for the various problems experienced on TSB accounts since April? Or would we have been told if this was going to be the case?

I'll keep it (them) going as we''ll take the 5%; plus we have no pressing need for the DDs elsewhere.
