    To be honest I probably wouldn't have looked into at all and just paid, if it was a more reasonable looking amount of £20 or so (don't shoot me!) but £60 is ridiculous.

    PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS LETTER, UKPS LIMITED REGULARLY TAKES MOTORIST TO COURT WHO IGNORE THEIR PARKING CHARGES.
