I am shocked to read this thread. This man was arrested in March 2020 so how can he have still be operating?
The trial is next June apparently - doubt this guy has any assets so whether we will get compensation or not is a waiting game. I was disappointed and surprised my bank did not reimburse me. how this Mark King (as i knew him) was allowed to open accounts and money to be debited so easily is beyond me. Its grand theft and nobody seems to want to be accountable for this being allowed to happen.

Where can you find the details on this man's trial?
He might have been arrested, but for what crime? He was likely released on bail awaiting his trial and meanwhile carried on ripping people off and destroying their lives as he is convinced he ain't done anything wrong.
