Yes it is a mistake to think no one else can make a mistake. No one is emune to a typo or two, which is why when solicitors draft up something like a LPA document or a will they will present it to you as a draft document to check before they draw up the final document.
You are not expected to pick up wrong legal jargon, but to make sure that they have not made simple scribing errors such as In this case, and that they have interpretations your wishes correctly.0
