Hi can anyone advise who is responsible for the water meter outside my boundary. The meter supplies water to my property, there is a second meter inside. The issue is with the outside Meter, in that when the supply is turned on over the course of a weekend the hole with the meter in fills up with water, next time we visit it has dried up again.
Water supply has been turned on and off for ins purposes on an empty property.
