Unable to access/send Hotmail E Mails when abroad

Every time I go to Europe I am unable to access or send E Mails from my Hotmail account. It is just blocked saying in an unknown destinations. As soon as I return to the UK all my e mails appear and it is back to normal. This is most frustrating. How can I rectify this problem so it does not happen when I visit Europe…
