Switching from sky to plusnet

Hi
I’m looking to switch from sky to plusnet for my B.B. as my contract is up and plusnet have a cracking offer on
I’m going to keep my tv services with sky ie on demand, sky movies etc
Can I ask, when I switch, does my current sky router become redundant or do I still need it for on demand services? Or will it all come through the plus net router?
Thanks

You need to swap routers on the Day
On demand just needs ANY internet connection just swap the lan cable to the new router or if WiFi connection then go into the services menu and enter the new WiFi passwordEx forum ambassador
