and what did the hospital say in reply to the complaint letter ?

and have you complained to your local MP about this sc@m ?

Yes I'll copy and paste in a mo..... The hospital pretty much said that they'd spoken to Serco and it was going to appeal so they weren't going to do anything. To be honest I was quite disappointed by their refusal to do anything about it.

Unfortunately I didn't message my local MP as the PCN was issued outside my area.

I would still complain to my local MP and ask them to copy in the correct MP for the area plus Sir Greg Knight as well

I would also ask them to complain to the current Minster for Health (no longer Jeremy Hunt) and also to the trust themselves too
