I wouldn't because that tips the failure back in your direction/the failure of the sticky tape!
I have run out of time now, I just hope it's all ok.0 -
and you do realise you cannot just email it ?
it needs to be printed , signed and dated , scanned back to pc and saved as a pdf
then it is emailed to the NEW email address for the CCBC as an attachment , with the MCOL REF and NAME added to the email header and into the main body of the email (add reference , name and address into the email itself)
so as a pdf attachment which is a signed and dated document0 -

if the date of letter is 12th of April, I must submit by the 15th is that correct?
by the way does it all look good to you?0 -
Hello All,
So I submitted my appeal and I have now had a reply from the Court,
I just need to know how I respond now.
They are asking me if I would like my case to be allocated to the small claims track,
Do I agree to this or not?
So would I like this case to be referred to small claims mediatian service or not?
Obviously If I say no I need to explain why.
I uploaded scans but it appears Im not allowed to post links as I am a new user!
could someone please advise?
many thanks0 -
