Yes, it's long but I can see what it's about and your defence argument.
(((((Do i mention that I used a bit of sticky tape or not?))))))))
I wouldn't because that tips the failure back in your direction/the failure of the sticky tape!

and you do realise you cannot just email it ?

it needs to be printed , signed and dated , scanned back to pc and saved as a pdf

then it is emailed to the NEW email address for the CCBC as an attachment , with the MCOL REF and NAME added to the email header and into the main body of the email (add reference , name and address into the email itself)

so as a pdf attachment which is a signed and dated document

    Hello All,
So I submitted my appeal and I have now had a reply from the Court,
I just need to know how I respond now.

They are asking me if I would like my case to be allocated to the small claims track,
Do I agree to this or not?
So would I like this case to be referred to small claims mediatian service or not?
Obviously If I say no I need to explain why.
I uploaded scans but it appears Im not allowed to post links as I am a new user!

    could someone please advise?

    many thanks

If you have found a hosting site, upload your pictures there and post a broken link to it on here, such as hxxps:// instead of https:// and one of the regulars will "liven" up your link after checking it contains no nasties.

Regarding the rest of your questions - just follow C-M's advice
