Nutmeg to Skipton LISA Error

Has anyone else transferred from Nutmeg to Skipton? I transferred in January 18 and my bonus has not been credited yet. Having spoken to Skipton support they first told me that the details they have for me do not match the details HMRC have - after further calls to Skipton they are now saying there is some sort of error (which they say is Nutmeg's fault) and lots of people who transferred to Skipton from Nutmeg are having issues collecting their bonus.
Just wondered if this has happened to anyone else on here? Pretty poor from Nutmeg if they are to blame.

I transferred a £4k LISA from Nutmeg to HL who claimed the bonus OK so whatever data Nutmeg supplied was good enough for the next provider to claim the bonus. My wife did the same but her bonus was delayed as the transfer was still taking place over the tax year cut over which is reasonable. HL have promised to claim her bonus for last year in their next HMRC claim batch.0
