An email confirmation would be good plus a delivery timeline.
They don't need to tell someone twice that they have won (although they have done on previous competitions and confirmation that it is a "real" win and not just a flaw with the instant win mechanic would be nice), as with all competitions unless a different timescale is stated the ASA/CAP guideline appliesPrizewinners should usually receive their prize within 30 days0
