Won a Sonos speaker on this two weeks ago but haven't had any communication from them. Anyone else had a similar experience?

I won brewery tickets. Not that I could use them, but I have had absolutely no contact from them either.

You provide your full details when you enter and are told instantly if you have won or not - if you are a winner the only thing that remains is to send out your prize so I am not sure what communication you are expecting?

An email confirmation would be good plus a delivery timeline.
