    Barge pole springs to mind.

Make sure you don't give them a Happy Chistmas.
  • Fight back after several heated phone calls I've had the money taken back off my account as a 'gesture of goodwill' . I've used them for years and this time they pushed me too far.

I will not deal with Littlewoods (had bad dealings with them several years ago and vowed never to shop with them again), but I just wanted to wish you all good luck in fighting them.

Never used these people myself, but if I had been going to I wouldn't now!

How much future business have they managed to lose for themselves by this pathetic little stunt?

    getting £25 back from 3,000 people = £75,500 PROFIT

2,500 roughly never ordering again £62,500 LOSS
3,000 telling another 7,000 never to shop there again= £100,000+ LOSS
Media coverage spreading their imcompetence= £150,000 LOSS

There profit margins are good but it doesnt take a genius to know this is a no win situation. They could easily lose to less than £250,000 to half a million with this little stunt.
Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives
call your credit card company, tell them that you want to leave, 99% of the time theyll lower your APR%
Remember when that Bank Manager or Salesperson smiles at you, all he sees is £ notes. Dont forget the motto, "the wider their grin, the more debt your in"
