Hi, am a bit confused when I read all the recent posts re broadband. My mum and dad are currently on dial up and my mum is considering moving on to broadband. They don't use the internet/e mail that much but no doubt (like me!) will use it more on broadband, tho I can't see them using it very heavily. They want reliable broadband, pref with a uk helpline perhaps if trouble occurs, but don't want to change their current phone provider (BT) and obviously don't want to pay too much. I am confused re the pple saying go with "Orange" etc...aren't they for mobiles? Can't reccomend the broadband we use at home cos we have the phone tied in with it and also it's more than they want to pay
