ok, so if its not your vehicle then its nothing to do with you apart from you advising the keeper to do what that NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread tells them to do
they appeal, AS KEEPER, using the template
no issues, no buts , just do it, within 28 days of the NTK date, do not be late
then start on a popla appeal, from a keeper perspective0 -
right ... you are now getting the good advice that you need ...
please follow the advice .... re templates
you will be following the BPA suff , not IPC
so you get a feel for how unregulated this murky world of private [parking is ....
please watch/read the below...

''Rip-offs from car park Cowboys must stop''; unfair treatment; signage deliberately confusing to ensure a PCN is issued; ''years of abuse by rogue parking companies''; bloodsuckers; ''the current system of regulation is hopeless, like putting Dracula in charge of the blood-bank''; extortionate fines; rogue operators; ''sense of injustice''; unfair charges and notices; wilfully misleading; signage is a deliberate act to deceive or mislead; ''confusing signs are often deliberate, to trap innocent drivers''; unreasonable; a curse; harassing; operating in a disgusting way; appeals service is no guarantee of a fair hearing; loathed; outrageous scam; dodgy practice; outrageous abuse; unscrupulous practices; ''the British Parking Association is as much use as a multi-storey car park in the Gobi desert''; and finally, by way of unanimous conclusion: ''we need to crack down on these rogue companies. They are an absolute disgrace to this country. Ordinary motorists and ordinary residents should not have to put up with this''.
These are the exact words used, so you should quote them to your MP in a complaint and ask him/her to contact Sir Greg Knight MP if he wants further information about this scam.

redx THAT vehicle, in the photo, is not mine.
I am the registered keeper of the vehicle. I was not the driver.
I think there are issues with the forum on my mobile as there are replies showing up inbetween times.
The template information does not quite fit this situation so I was unsure.0 -

I think that would be better phrased as:I am having trouble reading this forum on my mobile telephone. I'll have to try and find a more suitable device.

Perhaps you need to get some pictures of the signs when they cannot be seen - i.e. when the car park is not nearly empty.0
