Hello,
As per the title, I've spent some time looking to see if I could find out the actual channel differences between Variety and Entertainment packages.
The headline seems to be kids channels, but there has to be more. I can't find listing of each of their full suite of channels in order to do a compare.
Is this comparison available online or even channel listings in a useful format.
Thanks.

Google?
Returned this answer:
Entertainment contains ALL the non-premium channels less KIds (which are £5 extra)0 -
Which is why I asked the Sky rep "So you are charging £12 for Kids TV if that is the only difference between Entertainment and Variety?".
To which they replied, no there are much more channels on Variety. Hence my initial question.0 -

Scroll down for the channel listings.
Not sure where your £12 you quote comes from?
Edit: Variety (and Original & Boxsets) are legacy packages now so you're wasting your time trying to compare them on price anyway. If Entertainment has everything you need and it's cheaper than switch. Just add on any extras you need.0 -
When I switched I found I had a "legacy" HD charge which when removed made Entertainment significantly cheaper even after I added Box Sets (didn't want or need kids). Have noticed no difference in number of channels since.0

Sky Variety was £32pm (http://www.sky.com/shop/tv/variety-bundle/default.html)
Sky Entertainment is £20pm0 -
That's usually what happens with a pricing structure change.
The erm... prices change...0
