Blackjew, you are really going to have to be more proactive with this.
It is two and a half weeks ago that nosferatu1001 suggested you call the court, but only now are thinking about getting around to it.
That IP excuse doesn't wash either.
Maybe you couldn't reply, but you, and everyone else with a smart phone, can read this forum at any time.
You could've phoned the court weeks ago.0 -

to be honest i've been back and forth with the web masters for the last couple weeks trying to get the ip problem sorted till i kind of got winded over the problem . but yes i understand what you are stating. i will be on the phone 1st thing.0 -
so i contacted the court friday , and notified them that i had not received a WS from the claimant, they told me that they had not neither when looking on the file but stated maybe they haven't got anymore evidence to add to this case i requested that i would like this to be added to my case files. does this sound correct?0

hi guys, just to update you guys so this morning i had a letter from the courts basically stating that the claim by CEL has been struck out.. what a relief.... i want to thank all you guys for your help on this and i can honestly say without you guys i would have allowed them to bully me .... i haven't stopped bigging up this forum and contributors to friends. i'm not sure if its needed but i can post a copy of my bits i was planning to use in court and maybe someone else may fall prey to these guys and need some help. thanks again and keep up the good work.0

I got a ticket suposedly on my car then a letter supposedly and then a second letter demanding £120 n i avnt got a jar ov glue wot to do it was from a company called PCS0
