    At the bottom you call it a defence statement - it is a WITNESS STATEMENT isn't it?

    here,s me saying i have just over a week to be exact i have 6 days to get this in, after doing some reading to, im thinking if this does go to hearing challenging right of audience.Do you guys think its a good move?

    I believe the facts stated in this Witness Statement are true.

    does this sound better or should i write something else

    But whose RoA are you challenging? If it's a CEL employee (the only two recent cases we know of where CEL turned up, it was one of their employees) then you've no challenge to make.

    You must get your head around this because my take on it is that you've as much chance of hissing the Judge off as getting a RoA challenge upheld. There are cases we've dealt with here where even though the rep clearly didn't have RoA, the Judge allowed them to continue.

    Pick your fight very carefully, you don't want this getting off on the wrong foot.

    Check your dates as "2033" is given in paragraph 3 and "3018" in paragraph 11.

    yes i was thinking that and just to make my argument simple , ok i wont bother with that
