Post Office Direct Debits

Has the Post Office savings accounts stopped offering the option of paying in by monthly direct debit? I've just opened an account & was offered the chance to pay in a one-off DD but could not see away to set up a regular monthly DD.

It takes 10 working days for DD to be set up, so if you are trying to pull funds from your linked account by this method that is the reason why. Once the 10 days has passed then it works ok.
