Budget smartphone contract providers.

I'm currently looking for a new phone for my mother, it will essentially be a portable candy crush / facebook machine. She is currently using something like 250MB of data and it always gets her by so no need for anything ott usage wise.
I've done my research and best I think I've found so far is a Moto G5 plus for £11.99pm. Trying to avoid something with a meh 720p screen and not enough ram because she does hammer all those games.
Are there any carriers / phones you would advise I look into ? She was previously with talkmobile and although they are a bit meh it does the job, so yeah any cheap providers that use the big guys networks that I may have missed in my research would be great. or just any good deals you have seen.
