I can't as I don't know when and who issued it as I don't live at the address that any documents have been sent to. So I am going to hope that the courts can give me the required information.

That's what I thought. But my address on my driving license has been changed for over a year so that's why I am confused as to why it has been sent to my old address and if there is a way of appealing against it because of this reason.

Did you also change the car's V5C registration document when you moved address? They would have used the address on your V5C as that links your car's registration number with the registered keeper's address. If the V5C wasn't updated, that would explain why the enforcement documentation was sent to your old address.

You cant really resolve this today, as you need to know what the CCJs relate to. If they are parking charges then the address of the registered keeper of the vehicle is going to be more relevant that what is on your drivers licence.

If you pay a CCJ within 30 days it come off your file regardless, so if that is do-able then, personally, I would pay and contest them afterwards. That way you can be sure the judgements will go even if you feel that they are not correct. You can always pay them 'under protest'.

If you did not update your car registration at the DVLA then it may be harder to get these removed than if old data was used.

if this is for a private parking ticket , then it has nothing to do with your driving licence , its the vehicle that was parked , and the parking Co apply for the info from the VRN (reg number) , if there was no ticket , ie it was an ANPR type site , then they have to apply within 14 days of the incident , if ticket on car , then after 28 days and before 56 days , they can only do this ONCE

so you need to contact northhampton and ask who issued the CCJ then go to the parket ticket sub forum and re
